So, I already had my mail address validated, but with the link from the first mail. Tried resetting the pw, but it didn't work. What did work in the end:

Clicked the validation link in the new mail, thus validating my mail address "again". Then clicked on the newest password reset link (which I had generated myself). Could enter a new pw without any problems.

 

Maybe this helps someone else.

Was resent the validation and password reset email. Validation worked. Reset Password didn’t, still says: This Password Reset is no longer Valid.

I’ve emailed you the activation and password links. However, the email was returned to me with the message “mailbox not found.” You will need to email me with the correct email address for the account.
