Unable to Log into my AFF account and Reset doesn't work

Hey, I’m having the same problem everyone else is having. I had my password saved to the computer and it didn’t work. So, I tried a list of passwords I used and it didn’t work. I tried to sign up via my cell phone and it didn’t work. I tried password reset and checked my spam mail just in case and nothing. My email address is . Any help you can provide would be great. I know I haven’t posted in a while, but I was hoping to post some this week.

My Membership Page is that right there. Any help would be great. My old pen used to be Assassin’s Kiss, but I could have sworn I updated to Hopeless Blue Kiss so I could have my pen names on A03/AFF/FF/MM all be the same.
