The Avatar fics are in the 'Misc Anime' section, in the 'Stories moved to other subdomains' sub-section. But as for the story you're talking about... I don't have a clue. The ones in the anime subdomain are being moved to cartoons, which is where they belong. It's a top level category, so just click this link, and select "Avatar". Quote
