Erm, so I’ve waited for a month with no word. I now have all three completed stories sitting here waiting.

I did read somewhere that the individual who’s in charge of this is run off their feet with RL work. So should I just continue to wait or would I be better off posting the three stories as general anime and let them be sorted out at a later date?

I think posting them as General or Misc would be best for now, and we can move them when the category is created.
