Things I remember about the fic:

-The guy was sent back naked

-He was noted to be the tallest in the tribe that accepted him

-He made a crossbow that the tribe used for defending themselves and hunting mammoth-like beings

-He finds out he is immortal after he fell into a huge hole and he didn't die or suffer heavy injuries

-At the end of the story he was the head of a United Earth and was used regularly as an emissary since he was immortal

Other things about the fic I remember:

-Main character was called Doug

-When the protagonist has sex with the chieftain's daugther(his first wife), he eats her out. This blows the mind of the chieftain's daughter, as all the Indian Americans just fuck missionary with no variation. The whole tribe hears the chieftain daugther's screams and think that the protagonist is giving her a severe beating.

-Guy had three main wives during the story

-When one of the wives dies of old age after a few decades of marriage, the white immortal guy gets really depressed

-The American Indians discover Europe and India first instead of the other way around

-One of the Protagonist's wives dies while riding a zeppelin
