Already registered email, can't reset password

I tried to register for an account, but was given a message that said the email I used was already registered and that I should try to reset the password. I then tried to reset my password and got a message saying my email address wasn’t registered…  Please help.

I would have to know what the email address is, and it’s probably safest all around to email me with that information. I’m not finding anything for a pen name matching your guest name.
