A question about disclaimer

I plan on posting a story that is a crossover. I am uncertain as how to handle it. It has scenes from both The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Do I list both, or would it suffice to say I don't claim any of Tolkien's creations as my own?

My personal feeling is that it’s better to name both fandoms. While it’s the same overarching ‘verse, there’s enough of a difference to support disclaiming both specifically by name.
