Registration Problem

Okay so, I’m trying to make an account on your website. And as soon as I reach the password creation fields and press the activation button, the whole thing just reboots and says I have a problem with my password has to be a minimum of 8 characters( even when it’s over 10 characters long). Could you tell whats wrong? Because I’m about to abandon my task.

Does the password contain only letters and/or numbers? Special characters and punctuation are not permitted. It must also be between 8-12 letters and/or numbers long. If it is longer than 12 letters and/or numbers, that too will cause an error message.
