Oh, how about making this his "Last" Fairy-versary? Timmy is going away for college and his fairy god larents and nephew have to keave on account that, as an 18 year old, he doesnt need them anymore and must be reassigned. But Timmy can still keep all of his wishes and memories as he has helped save the earth, Fairy World, and the universe on multiple occasions. Durring the summer, he's given his last fairy-versary party and celebrates with all the friends he's made over the years. Jorgen then gives him the rule-free magic muffin for him, now with the added bonus of appearing in his hands should he snap his fingers twice. And as the party ends, he says a heartfelt goodbyes and is left alone. (With like a ton of magic shit but thats neother here nor there)

With the added age and wisdome of being an 18-19 year old, he makes some obvious wishes to make his life just a bit easier (a magic car that never needs to refuel, magical luck to win the lotteries and so he can always have his way, $10 million in the bank, etc.) But he still has over a courter of magic muffin left and nothing to wish for, so he keeps it stashed in his room. That is until he sees Tootie and how sexy she became with her tits bigger than her head and realizes that he can also wish for XXX wishes with the muffin. So he does.
