The format is extremely specific. It must be yyyy-mm-dd. That means, for a birthdate of August 7, 1992, you would input 1992-08-07.

It’s very unforgiving about date formats. I tend to use the slash automatically myself, and I’m pretty sure I remember getting that wrong myself when I revalidated.
