Don't remember the details, except for one scene when the new guy discover that the 2 husbands coerced the third into the relationship, raping him. They tell him that they managed to move past that event, that they now love each other, but he doesn't believe them. I can't remember why the fourth is introduced - was he an omega, pet, slave, etc. I don't think he joined by choice, and the story (at least in part) is told from his point of view.
