tambrathegreat Posted February 13, 2016 Report Posted February 13, 2016 I can't seem to log in to my archive account. I can log in to the forum, obviously, but the archive won't allow me to log in. Is the part of the read only thing that's going on, or am I locked out because I haven't logged in in so long? Quote

Did you use the email address associated with the account to log in? Did you remember to use capital letters in the password, if it was created with capital letters anywhere? Are you using the upper right hand fields and not the center fields? Quote
tambrathegreat Posted February 13, 2016 Author Report Posted February 13, 2016 I used the exact same info I used in May, it was saved to my computer. When I tried to reset my password to see if that was the problem, the site said there was an error and wouldn't let me reset it. Quote

PROVIDED it's not from attempting a password reset with the same password. The other thing is if the user's browser is in need of an update (I've experienced this with Chrome), the browser itself will start acting twitchy UNTIL you update it. Quote
