Guest mcbeth Posted September 8, 2015 Report Share Posted September 8, 2015 hi i accidentally created a second account under the same email but have lost all details for that new account and my old account is not letting me in as the update is saying that there are multiple accounts on the email how can i close the new account but keep the old one? What we'd need is the pen names on the accounts, the pen name you want to keep, and I can get the rest of the information I need with that. Then I can submit your accounts for merging.
