Cuckoo Posted September 26, 2014 Report Share Posted September 26, 2014 For the life of me I can't remember the name of the story or author, though I do remember the name of one of the characters, Pennilus (I keep writing penis on accident. I thought you should know.) It's about shapeshifters, I think there's a 'Dog' tribe that makes a deal with a 'Wolf' tribe by giving away one of their people, the main character whose name may start with an L, but don't quote me on that cause I've found that I tend to remember things all skewed up. Anyway, they tied him up to a tree where the leader of the pack finds him and scares him. He goes to live with that tribe and become the mate of Pennilus and he initially gets dressed as a woman without realizing it, and his friend comes to stay with him. Then he gets attacked by a tiger, and at some point Pennilus' parents come by. Later has a kid with him. That's pretty much the gist of the story, and it wasn't completed the last I checked, though that was probably over a year ago. Thanks in advance!
