i have use that reset link and when i try to reset with a new password it blanks and goes back to asking me for password and to verfity that password i try it weeks ago thinking it was my computer and i try with different computer and i am still have the same problem. my account name is amane21.

Is your password at least 8 characters long? And please remember that you must use letters and numbers only. Passwords are also case sensitive, so if you use a capital letter in the password, you will always have to capitalize that letter.
