It was multi-chaptered and fucking beautiful and I don't really strongly remember most of it except I believe there was a bully at the kid's school? And I think something to do with the bully makes him have to go to the hospital. Oh and yeah the neighbor liked him back but neither of them knew the feeling was mutual. Also, it's a different story than "Breaking The Mirror" which I have read a thousand times but it's not the one I'm looking for.
