Harry had left behind the magical world after the war and ended up working as an undercover cop trying to bust a drug gang with his partner. Posing as a gay couple, Harry tends bar at a nightclub frequented by the gang/cartel/whatever while his partner becomes involved in the dealer end of things. His partner is killed in a hate crime and at the funeral it is revealed that his partner was actually married to Draco who also left behind the wizarding world and makes his living as a history/mythology professor under the name Luc Black.
