birthdate problems

i'm trying to but the birthdate when i was trying to register and have tried different ways to do it but nothing worked what do i do? how do i put the birthdate?

Using mine as the example:

1961-11-16

You MUST use the dashes

Hi. There's a specific format: YYYY-MM-DD.

That means if your birthday is June 6, 1994, you enter 1994-06-06.
