I have tried 6 times to put a chapter in tonight and keep getting an error message about unrecognized formatting. The other 16 chapters were done on the same Word program, and granted took 2-5 tries each to get uploaded. Now I cannot get 17 to load to save my live. Please tell me what I am doing wrong and that there is an easier way than copying my entire chapter and trying to get the 'add chapter' page to read the notepad or clipboard...
