Disclaimer - Fandom

I'm usually using this disclaimer:

I don't own any of the occurring characters from Naruto and I do not intend on earning money with this fic. Naruto © Masashi Kishimoto

So I got the order

You must use the actual name of the fandom. Just naming the owners/creators of the fandom, or saying that you don't own only the characters is not enough.

but uhm, didn't I add the name of the fandom? Isn't it "Naruto"? ... That's how I call it when talking about the series with my friends ...

How should I change the disclaimer to follow the rules?

The issue is the wording with the characters part. Where it says: I don't own any of the occurring characters from Naruto

It should be: I don't own Naruto

However, adding the Naruto owned by Kishimoto part is acceptable as well.
