Trying to Find a certain Buffy/Spike Story

In the beginning of the fanfict Buffy accdently kills the human guy she was making love to. Spike shows and helps her by taking her and the guy to his hideout, where the guy is turned into a vampire. Buffy is hurt cause she realizes she can't be with normal humans. Spike is there with her the entire time helping her, later in the story they find out that somehow she is pregnant. Angel also shows in the story to give the medallion to Buffy but is angered when he finds out she is with Spike telling her he left so she could have a normal life. He doesn't like the fact that she's pregnant and thinks that there's something wrong about it.

Please help me find this fanfict, i thought it was here on adult-fanfiction.org but it may not be
