It's about a married couple and the wife is either afraid or just very hesitant to have sex because her parents are very religious. Her husband loves her but has to sleep with other women like some female at his office. The wife goes to a therapist and realizes that she just can't do regular missionary sex so they get experimental. I think the story has a sequel.
