Jou and Seto are together, and Jou's sister Shizuka shows up in town. She's an actress, a homophobe, and she hates Jou and Seto being in a relationship. Basically in the fic she's entirely nuts, manipulative, possessive and vindictive. She tries to kill Seto twice, once by sneaking glass into his salad, and another time she dresses up as a nurse and sneaks into his hospital room with the intent of killing him. She threatens to kill herself at one point, kidnaps Jou and has him tied to a bed and threatens to castrate him, and I know that she dies in the end.
