quamp Posted July 13, 2007 Report Posted July 13, 2007 I haven't either. My mom was a nurse (before she retired.) The doctors never pulled any punches on us. I have never... had a problem with the doctors who have examined me. Quote
dazzledfirestar Posted July 13, 2007 Report Posted July 13, 2007 Me either. I have never made a doctor cry (a nurse, yes, but not a doctor). Quote
Leonhart29 Posted July 13, 2007 Report Posted July 13, 2007 I haven't either - but I have made them swear. I have never made a doctor yell at me (they swore quietly) Quote
Guest echtrae Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 I haven't either. I have never read all of the Harry Potter books (I got bored). Quote
StoryJunkie Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 Me neither. I content myself with the movies. I have never bought a condom Quote
Guest echtrae Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 Not just one, but I have bought multi-packs. I didn't know you could buy just one, though I'm not sure what the point would be. I have never been able to stop with just one. Quote
Leonhart29 Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 I haven't either - (and you can sometimes buy just one in the men's bathroom at certain places - but I'm with you - why?) I have never had a problem with saying "no glove no love" and meaning it. Quote
Guest echtrae Posted July 15, 2007 Report Posted July 15, 2007 I can't that phrase has ever been anything more than a song chorus for me. I have never stolen a hook. Quote
dazzledfirestar Posted July 15, 2007 Report Posted July 15, 2007 Of course not. That's just wrong. I have never met someone with a hook hand. Quote
Leonhart29 Posted July 15, 2007 Report Posted July 15, 2007 I honestly haven't either... I have never met a dog with only 2 legs. Quote
dazzledfirestar Posted July 15, 2007 Report Posted July 15, 2007 Me either... I have never discussed the number of legs on a dog before. Quote
Guest echtrae Posted July 15, 2007 Report Posted July 15, 2007 I have. I have never figured out why so many people have been so resistant to the idea of impeachment. Quote
quamp Posted July 15, 2007 Report Posted July 15, 2007 Well, there are three reasons: 1. They aren't organized into a mass movement. It's a bunch of tiny factions that want it, but everyone disagrees with how it should be done. 2. George W. getting impeached would mean that Dick Cheney would become president - and that's even worse. 3. The rich and powerful have George in their back pocket, so they want to keep him there. I have never... felt so oppressed by the wealthy before George W. took office. Quote
Guest echtrae Posted July 16, 2007 Report Posted July 16, 2007 Neither have I. I have never fallen for a fake job ad on YouTube. Quote
Leonhart29 Posted July 16, 2007 Report Posted July 16, 2007 I haven't either - YouTube doesn't seem to me to be the best place for job hunting. I have never been able to stop at just one potato chip. Quote
dazzledfirestar Posted July 16, 2007 Report Posted July 16, 2007 Me either... mmm... chips... damnit I have never seen the Rolling Stones live. Quote
Leonhart29 Posted July 16, 2007 Report Posted July 16, 2007 I haven't either. I have never seen blue bird outside my window. Quote
quamp Posted July 17, 2007 Report Posted July 17, 2007 Only once... it was a Blue Bird brand bus. (They make the short buses.) It was for the kid down the street, though. (Of course, you're all probably thinking "she'ya right!") I have never... gone to an anime convention with the sole purpose of picking up babes. (Or studs if you like guys. Sure, there are some hotties around the ones I go to, but they're too young for me.) Quote
redsliver Posted July 17, 2007 Report Posted July 17, 2007 me neither I have never had babe as part of my everyday vocabulary. Quote
Guest echtrae Posted July 17, 2007 Report Posted July 17, 2007 Neither have I. I used to use Betty. I have never called a random unknown person Spencer just to see what kind of reaction I would get. (I called him Frank actually ) Quote
redsliver Posted July 17, 2007 Report Posted July 17, 2007 Me neither I tend to use Dave. I have never had a nickname I responded to when called. Quote
dazzledfirestar Posted July 17, 2007 Report Posted July 17, 2007 Me either. I have never given someone a nickname. Quote
Leonhart29 Posted July 17, 2007 Report Posted July 17, 2007 I have - Pooters and Scooters for my two daughters. I have never liked my nickname of Becky (can you say little girl walking?) Quote
quamp Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 I have to wonder why anyone would call me a girl's name. I have never... been called a girl's name. Quote
Leonhart29 Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 I have as I'm a girl. I have never truly understood quamp's humor. Quote
