Guest Chrys. J Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 I have tried a few times to change my password since I can't remember it. But every time, the email gets sent to me, I put the new password and then it says system error. Can someone please help? Quote
BronxWench Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 Please remember that the passwords are case sensitive, which means if the new password contains capital letters, they must be typed in capital letters when you log in. Lowercase letters in the new password must be entered as lower case. You should also use the upper right fields to log in, since the center fields only work at activation. And finally, you might want to clear your cache and cookies to make sure that nothing of the old password is lingering in the cookie string. Quote
