Possible underage author

I am not sure if this is an underage author, http://hp.adult-fanfiction.org/authors.php?no=1296929840 and chapter 2 is just an a/n (I think that might be what is called a TOS violation but not sure) plus they left a review on their own story. It just seems like this 'author' is very immature and maybe a moderator should check this author and story out to see what I am talking about and verify the author's account is legit and not some under aged minor sneaking into AFF. If I am wrong or wasting your time, please accept my humble apology.
