If I remember right, it started off with Naruto being bought by a new owner (Neji and his boyfriend-- Shikamaru, maybe?). Shikamaru(?) goes on a trip, and Neji is trying not to "take advantage" of Naruto-- except Naruto wants to be taken advantage of. Most of the action was in a series of flashbacks about Naruto's previous owners, Itachi and Sasuke. There was Ita/Sasu/Naru, Orochimaru/Kabuto/snakes/Naru, Pein/Naru (I think Pein gave him a tattoo, too), and others. When I read it, it was unfinished.
