Hermione held prisoner by Snape fic

I am searching for a fic where Hermione was captured by Snape and he tried to get her to talk about war secrets. She somehow gets away from him and captured again a few weeks later. It turns out that Snape just trained her to withstand torture because he knew she would be abducted by deatheaters.
