She doesn't tell Draco because he's about to marry Ginny who is claiming to be pregnant. Narcissa knows and helps hide Hermione. Draco finds out and is furious. Draco catches Ginny with Snape cheating & their marriage is made void. 2) Hermione & Draco get in a BDSM relationship. Draco's son Scorpius does something that puts Hermione in danger.
