Couldn't find this in the FAQ

I can't figure out how to edit my story codes! They become a part of my summary once I add the story, and since my summary is now considered too long, I can't edit them. I looked over the FAQ and could only find a list of story codes. What do I do?

That just tells me how to get there. It doesn't say how to let the site let me edit my tags.

The editable fields in the story properties are the following:

• Title
  
• Summary - story description, and where the story tags are located

But it won't let me add any tags. It thinks my summary is too long. I can only remove tags or part of my summary, but I can't add anything.

Guest, the field is only so big. If you want to add, you will have to condense.

But for the tags to fit, I will have to delete my summary completely. I don't think anyone would want to read a story that's only summarized with tags...

You can always add a warning at the beginning of the chapters.

The biggest, most important (and most likely to squick someone) should be in the summary, lesser tags can be placed at the beginning of the chapter or you can place a note to see story for complete list of tag in your summary.
