The email I used to register 10 years ago no longer exists, and now I can't log in to my account. Can someone help me with this?

My username is AmandaLee and the email address (deleted 6 years ago) I used to register was henrika_amanda@yahoo.se

The one I currently use is henrika15_@hotmail.com
