cant login at all

I was trying to login and update to the new system I tried several times and I keep getting the same message saying I am not a registered user....I know for a fact I am registered because I still receive news updates and just updated my password before the changes went into effect ..I already followed the instructions given and am still unable to login please help...the email used for my account was beautifulliar22@yahoo.com
