It will then let you change your password. DO NOT use your old password for the reset, as that will blank the field and make you unable to login. PLEASE NOTE: Passwords must be at least 8 and no more than 12 characters or in length, and must consist of alphabetic characters (A-Z and/or a-z) and/or numbers (0-9) only. No punctuation or special characters are allowed. If you do not receive the email to reset your password, please check your junk/spam folder and ensure that anonymous@affnet.nexcess.net is allowed.
