Sasuke was living at home with Itachi before Itachi forced him into the institution because of Sasuke attempting suicide. Naruto had been in there a while and was anorexic (not just insane like other psych ward stories). Ino and Sakura were anorexic too and Neji was schizophrenic. I remember there was a massive snow storm near the end after Sasuke had gone home and Naruto tried to follow him that nearly killed Naruto . The name of the hospital was unusual – not Konoha anything, something else – and there were mentions of graffiti on the sign saying that all who enter should abandon hope, or something like that.
