DemonGoddess Posted December 31, 2011 Report Share Posted December 31, 2011 In preparing for the eventuality of discontinuing the birthdate verifier, which interferes with the search engine crawlers, this is something I added late Wednesday. We do still have to have something at point of entry, but this was done so that the crawlers can actually access things in the archive itself, instead of just seeing the form. You only have to set the cookie once every 30 days, per subdomain. If you only visit 2 subdomains, that's 2 cookies set, as an example.
