The fic focuses on a marriage law that pairs people up by using some type of special paper (I believe that is how it went)? Draco and Hermione are paired up along with everyone else being paired up too so you get to see their relationships too. I forgot the name and tried searching for it but no such luck. The Ministry has came up with a new way to force marriages in the wizarding world. It involves old magic, a piece of parchment, and a potion.
