Gaara is in konoha, and later wants to have a whore from the whore-house sent to his room. The hokage wants Neji to explain to Gaara that he can't get a whore for "reasons i cant remember" . So anyway Neji "fucks" gaara and stuff, and they keep doing it and Neji hates when gaara takes him and later they form some kind of relationship.
