Naruto would get pregnant, but Sasuke would do something and he'd miscarry. I know he miscarried the baby three times. Then they found out Sakura had been putting something in Naruto's drinks that would make him miscarry. The author released a note saying she wasn't comfortable with where the story was going and had ended it and deleted it without every really completing it. They were going to re-write and re-post it.
