I don't think they'd just suspend My drivers license, even if I was a professional driver, if I ran someone down on the street during a temper tantrum. Lucky for the doctor they aren't one of those "eye for an eye" countries, or in this case "penis for a penis". Lucky for the doctor, he doesn't live in a country with stricter medical/legal codes! But I can't even imagine what kind of "stress" would drive a person to do something like this!
