I remembered more details. Maybe someone will point me in the right direction.

As previously mentioned Ichigo and his sisters were raised by Urahara after the Grand Fisher killed their parents. The story pretty much follows the manga and anime, Ichigo meets Rukia and all that. But Byakya thinks and tells Yamamoto that Ichigo is Urahara and Yuroichi's son.
