The main character was a therapist in his late thirties and I can't remember much about his partner. I know they had three kids a set of twins boy and girl and a little boy about three years old. The main character, I think he name was Alex was expecting another child, but didn't want to tell his husband, because the marriage wasn't going too well. To make a long story short the both have an affair and everything starts to fall apart. Any suggestions or help? Trust me I looked everywhere for it. They're divorced and the one called mom has some mental issues. It's also a mpreg story. I think the Alex you mentioned is separated from his husband, b/c his husband was cheating on him. I forgot who wrote it. It was one of the first stories I ever read on here. Sorry I couldn't help more. Maybe it's by Lunar Wrench; I don't know why I just thought of her...
