Melsiebug Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 I am almost finshed writing a story and want to update my status from "WIP" to "COMPLETE" when done. I recently posted a new story and when I checked on my synopisis found I had made a typo. I corrected it but couldn't find a way to just scroll through and as the box is so small I had to delete everything as far as the mistake then retype it. As "WIP" is the second to last thing on there do I have to delete almost the whole thing to change it, or am I being stupid and is there an easier way? Thanks. Quote
pittwitch Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 Edit your story details, cursor to the end, delete WIP and then add complete! Congratulations on finishing your story! Quote
Melsiebug Posted December 13, 2010 Author Report Posted December 13, 2010 Thanks, I thought I tried that last time, but I guess I didn't. I am a total technoklutz, sorry to have bothered you. Quote
pittwitch Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 No bother at all, not so good at the technoquestions myself! Quote
Guest Guest Posted March 5, 2012 Report Posted March 5, 2012 I've been told my story is missing a tag/story code, but even under the 'edit story details' section on my control panel, it doesn't give me anything that allows me to add or change this story code. What do I need to do? Quote
BronxWench Posted March 5, 2012 Report Posted March 5, 2012 Editing story codes is possible when you select "edit story details" from the right drop-down that appears when you select "edit" in the control panel. The story codes are contained in the "Summary" field. Quote
