Searching DM/HG fanfic

Hi all,

I was hoping someone could find the name of a particular fanfic that popped into my mind again. I've read it before, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it or who the author is.

Hermione is Draco's son's teacher. The mother is Pansy. Draco and Pansy are separated.

Pansy is trying to get custody of the son and Draco wants to prevent that and somehow Hermione pretends to be Draco's new wife (or wife-to-be) and they have to live together to prove it to a lady who's suppose to drop in every so often to see them in their regular, everyday living.

The son has an accident with Draco's broom and is severely hurt but is going to be fine. And because of this incident, the lady deems them "unfit" to raise the child, so he goes to Pansy. But the child hates Pansy and in the end Fred and George help the boy drive Pansy so crazy that she gives him back to Draco and Hermione.

Sound familiar to anyone??
