So are placeholder chapters and AN chapters especially when that's all there is to your fic. I checked everything else by this author (and I mean in each archive he/she posts in) for one-chapter fics - the rest appear to be legit. Please check the above post - since they're ANs, Haywire_Hakaze put them there, but each is just the AN announcing the fic will be uploaded to user's website.
