In it Harry and Snape were in a relationship which ended due to Harry being unable to handle Snape. Dumbledore knows that Snape's problem is that Nagini's poison still affects him and tries to get him to tell Harry so he could understand better. Snape refuses and Dumbledore tries to help after Snape looses the use of one leg and tries to help him live his life after he looses the will to live.
