In the beginning Lucius is with Harry, they are sitting in the grimalds place 12 and Harry can't take the press so Lucius helps him. They will have a relationship and later Blaise will join in. During potions Harry is fighting Draco and Draco uses a spell that shrinks Harry and Blaise, Snape later brings them to the Malfoy manor where they both will be with Lucius.
