H/D Harry Half-Veela Story

Here's hoping someone can help me. I'm looking for a story its draco/harry. In it both harry and draco are half veela. There's an elaborate courting ritual which harry must follow because of his half veela status that consists of numerous steps to eliminate down the suitors. I remember harry and draco end up having 12 children one for each of the muses, and that one of the children is ultimately the savior to kill voldemort not harry, who is explained as already having 'vanquished' voldemort as a child. Harry and Draco move to france I think.

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
