Hermione and Ron are at party in the Ravenclaw dorms and agree to meet up stairs. Hermione enters the meeting place and it is dark and can't see Ron. It is actually Draco who is expecting someone else and is surprised that it is Hermione and she thinks he is Ron. Being the Slytherin he is he takes advantage and pretends to be Ron and convinces Hermione to sleep with him. If you know it please please tell me!
