From what I remember of the story, it happened when he was quite young and in the ANBU and was ordered to torture a suspect for information while on a mission while his team leader and the others pursue the other culprit. The team leader ended up having sex with him to keep Kakashi from focusing on what he did to the suspect. If anyone knows where this story is, it would be a great help because I have been wanting to read this story again for awhile and I can't find it.
