Hermione works to unshrink him. She finds out Narcissa lost her virginity to Snape before she married Lucius. Narcissa is working on completing her education. I think, in the middle, she kills Lucius when Voldemort attacks Hogwarts. Draco realizes that his father was indeed a Death Eater. Hermione may or may not have gotten shrunken too.
